ALASKA ADVENTURES
Anchorage, Denali, Fairbanks, Glennallen, Anchorage. 4 days in Alaska. It was definitely all about landscapes, wildlife and northern lights. Welcome to the Wild.

“In fiction, they have been used as a gateway to a parallel universe. In song, they’ve inspired prog rockers and Welsh psych-poppers alike. In real life, the northern lights are just as spectacular, offering an unforgettable display of colourful lights that put even the stage shows of French electro legend Jean Michel Jarre to shame”
I saw my first Aurorea Borealis in Denali during the night of September, 2nd. The Northern Lights appear generally beginning of September so we were right on time. We spent a couple of hours watching this intense green lights show, in constant movement. One of the most incredible natural phenomenon I have ever seen.
Grizzly Bears, Cariboos, Mooses,... few examples of Denali National Park wildlife. We saw them from very close. Fall is definitely around the corner.
On day 2, we hit Fairbanks. This was the northern part of Alaska we went to. Thanks to few discussions with locals, we drove to Ester Dome Observatory at the evening. The Northern Lights were amazing this night but very different from the first night, as you can see. The show was still spectacular.

Fall Vibes. That's crazy how the landscapes in Alaska can change in few miles. This picture was taken at the end of our road trip, on our way to Anchorage from Glennallen.

It was only 4 days but we saw so many things and I took a lot of pictures. I tried to display the most representative ones here. I hope you guys will enjoy my selection above.
