MILE-HIGH CITY
"Mile-High City" as the official elevation of Denver is exactly one mile above sea level. Traveling often in Colorado, I thought I'll share few pics of the restaurants where I am used to hang out when I am there.
Denver Central Market
I actually discovered the Denver Central Market a couple of weeks ago and it kind of remembered me the Grand Central Market DTLA. With a dozen of options, this is a great place to try several types of food (ice cream, chocolatier, pizza, meat, seafood, etc.) and have a drink at the bar.
The Kitchen
With three locations (Denver, Boulder and Fort Collins), The Kitchen is definitely my number one option for lunch and diner when I am traveling in Colorado. Below are few pictures of the restaurant in Boulder. Best beets and chicken salad ever btw.
Il Posto
Back in Denver, at Larimer St. Il Posto is an Italian restaurant mixing organic products locally sourced in Colorado and specialties imported from Italy.
There is a ton of amazing food options in Colorado and I can't wait to come back and try new places. Below is the best sunset I have ever seen in Denver so far; until next time Rockies!
